International Camps are suitable for clubs, academies, federations, and selected player groups seeking exposure to international training standards and structured evaluation.

Dubai Elite Camp

Football. Culture. International Exposure.

The Dubai Elite Camp is a high-performance, all-inclusive football experience hosted in Dubai — one of the safest and most modern cities in the world.

This 7-day elite program is designed to test and develop players in an international environment while combining professional football training with cultural discovery and personal growth.

This camp can be joined independently and does not require participation in other Santi United programs.

Dubai Residential Program

The Dubai Residential Program is a long-term development pathway combining football training, education, and supervised living in Dubai.

This program is designed for selected players seeking an intensive and structured environment focused on football progression, discipline, personal responsibility, and preparation for future international opportunities.

• Education placement support
• Supervised accommodation and daily care
• Transportation and logistics
• Health insurance and administrative support
• Continuous monitoring and reporting

Europe residential Program (16+)

The Europe Pathway Program is designed for players aged **16 and above** who demonstrate the ability and readiness to continue their football development in Europe.

This program supports the transition from international training environments to European football culture, education, and competitive club football.

Participation in the Europe Pathway Program is **optional** and independent from all other steps.

Program Objectives

• Facilitate access to European clubs and training environments
• Support relocation and settlement within the European Union
• Combine football development with education or vocational pathways
• Provide structured guidance during the transition phase
• Prepare players for long-term integration into European football systems

Program Structure

Santi United operates a flexible participation model. Players, teams, and clubs may:

• Join a single international camp
•  Participate only in the Dubai Elite Camp
• Apply for the Dubai Residential Program
• Enter the Europe Pathway Program (16+)
• Request a customized or private program
